Some things shouldn't change.
We're behind Agios Lazaros Church, in a building from 1938. The chairs are Italian hydraulics from a Thessaloniki shop that closed in 1991 — they've outlasted everything.
We have two chairs. Two barbers. The hot towel's already warming when you sit down.
There's coffee if you want it, Greek or filter. No music unless you ask. The radio's there if there's a game.
